Property Management - Manager

Responsibilities
-
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the project/s assigned to you, ensuring proper management and maintenance of common facilities including M&E and building services; monitoring contractors; handling residents’ feedback; providing solutions and maintaining good working relationships with owners/tenants
Requirements
-
Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
-
SCDF-Certified Fire Safety Manager
-
Min 5 years of relevant experience in commercial/residential/strata-titled property management
-
Conversant with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate with people at different levels
